On the morning of September 26th, Secretary of the Party Committee Ouyang Ying gave an opening lecture to the freshmen named “Enlightenment Education: How to Join the Party”, which helps the freshmen fully understand the basic knowledge of the Party, know the development process of the Party, deeply study Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and deeply study and comprehend the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, thus to guide new students to actively approach the party organization. He emphasized that college students in the new era should have a firm belief in communism, maintain excellent professional academic performance, strictly demand themselves, enhance comprehensive literacy, and strive to become promising young people in the new era with high morale and fullenthusiasm.

Teacher Wang Xiaoying, the teaching secretary, gave a lecture on "Application of Education System and Course Selection Guide". On the morning of September 26th, Dai Wei, the director of the Student Affairs Office, gave a detailed introduction to the school's funding policies, changes in the current employment environment, matters related to conscription, and religious regulations from the perspective of daily student management.
