On theeveningof May1st, our college held an online employment promotion meeting for 2022 graduates. All members of thecollege’s Party and government team, graduating class teachers and employment advisers attended the meeting, whichwas presided over byYuSa, Secretary of the PartyCommittee.
SecretaryYuSa conveyed the spirit of the relevant meeting of theuniversity’s employment promotion, and made arrangements for student service management and graduate employment under the epidemic situation. Multi-partylinkage, information sharing, extensive collection of recruitmentinformation, effective screening, accuratepush.Effectively broaden the way for graduates to obtain employment information. 2. Fully grasp the list of unemployed students and students with employment difficulties (double hardship), classifygraduates’employment intentions, and establish“one forone”.In combination with the actual employment needs of students, a one-to one help ledger is established, precise policies are implemented, and classified guidance is provided to further provide effective services for students, and actively improve the current situation of difficult and slow employment of students. 3.Encourage graduates to join the army, pay attention to the“threesupport and onehelp”,“WesternPlan”and other grassroots employment policy propaganda, help graduates grassrootsemployment.
PresidentXuXuchuanstressed that we should adhere to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability, and coordinate theemployment,safety and stability of the college. All departments should improve their political stance and strengthen their responsibility. Clear goals, implement layer upon layer work responsibility system, comprehensively anddynamicallygrasp theemployment status ofstudents,steady progress was made in the employment of graduates.
