Two teachers of our school:TuChuanfei, associateprofessorof theSchoolofSports andLiu Feng, teacher of theSchool ofForeignLanguages,theyare invited to give an academic report entitled "the rise of dragon dance in a Chinese villageduringthe process of urbanization" at FairbankCenterofHarvardUniversityandAnthropologyDepartment of Boston University from February 28 to March1.ProfessorMichaelPuettof Harvard University and ProfessorRobertWellerof Boston University presided over the academic reports held in the twouniversities.Theacademic report introduces a case about the rise of dragon dance in a Chinese villageduringtheprocess of urbanization and Its Enlightenment to the current inheritance of Chinese folk sportsculture.In the interactive part, the audience and the two teachers of our school made an in-depth discussion on the issues related to Chinese folk sports cultureand sports anthropologyresearch.During the visit to Harvard University and Boston University, TuChuanfei and Liu Feng visited Professor MichaelPuett, Professor RobertWeller and other world-renownedsinologists.
